How it works<\/h2>\n\n

Bikes can be rented and returned throughout more than 20 municipalities in the Rhine-Neckar Area.<\/p>\n

In some locations we also offer e-cargobikes and cargobikes. Use the filter function in your app and note the different return rules for those bikes.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your bike at an official station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from a station, a service fee of at least \u20ac20 will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Our tariffs<\/h2>

You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your account settings.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>
