Change of payment provider


Dear VRNnextbikers,

this information addresses everyone, who chose credit card as means of payment:

We are going to change our payment service provider on 01.04.2022 in order to improve our service quality. Therefore, we kindly ask you to re-enter your payment details within your nextbike account. Afterwards, you can continue using our service as usual. 

Please update your payment details as described: 

  • nextbike app: Open the menu and go to «Account Settings > Payment» or 
  • on our website: after you’ve logged in go to «Payment» within the menu. 
  • add your credir card details again
