Change in annual subscription conditions
We would like to inform you that annual sunscriptions of German nextbike systems will no longer be automatically extended by another year in the future.
This is our reaction to the amendment of Art. 1 No. 2 of the Fair Consumer Contracts Act of August 10, 2021, according to which a tacit contract extension is only possible to a limited extent. The changes apply to all current as well as newly booked annual subscriptions for German nextbike systems.
